• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• •Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to interact with the Service.

• •Messaging is only available between users who have mutually liked each other.
• •Mutual matches may expire after 7 days if neither user initiates a conversation.
• •You can unmatch, block, or report any user at any time.
• •We are not responsible for the behavior of other users, whether online or offline.

• •If you encounter a user who violates these Terms, please use the built-in Report feature.

• •We take reports seriously and may take action including warning, suspension, or permanent removal of accounts.

• •The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by CasalMeet.
• •By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.
• •You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

• •The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• •We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• •We do not guarantee that you will find a match or that any match will lead to a relationship.

• •You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• •We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• •Upon termination, your profile, photos, and messages will be permanently deleted.

• •These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
• •We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
